Waldorf Astoria Hotel Project

The Waldorf Astoria project is a high-rise hotel development reaching approximately 220 meters in height.The building consists of ground floor, mezzanine level, and 45 upper floors, requiring advanced vertical access solutions.NABK Co supplied and configured mast climbers capable of reaching over 200 meters with extension capabilities up to 3 meters.The project required careful adaptation to elevation phases, tight site clearances, and changing wall levels throughout construction.

Lusail Commercial Boulevard

The project stretches along a 1.3-kilometer road featuring 18 spacious buildings designed as an integrated commercial street development.It is considered one of the largest commercial boulevard developments in the Arabian Gulf region.NABK Co provided supply, installation, and maintenance of mast climbers to support facade and external works across multiple buildings.The project required coordinated access solutions due to its scale, urban setting, and phased construction schedule.

Union Residential Tower

The project consists of two basement levels, ground floor, mezzanine, and 35 residential floors.The facade was clad using large ceramic panels measuring 3.6m x 1.2m with 5mm thickness.NABK Co developed the fixation system in collaboration with Sika Qatar using the NABK-FS02 system.Factory assembly of sub-frames was followed by installation into the vertical profile system fixed on the facade.An invisible fixation system was applied, resulting in a clean aesthetic finish.The system provided excellent structural stability despite the slim 5mm panel thickness.
